You can request an estimate with or without installation.

Generally no. If there is a potential for damage we will discuss it with you pre install and make a plan should anything need to be fixed.

Most projects will take one day to install. If you are replacing over 10 windows or multiple doors though expect multiple days. 

They are. Window replacement fully replaces the frame of your existing window, where as glass replacement only changes out the glass lite.

Fiberglass windows are made of a strong composite that is resistant to damage and warping. Vinyl windows will very rarely warp, but if you want 100% coverage fiberglass is the safer choice.

We offer Milgard and Amsco windows. Both are highly trusted premium window brands that have been around for 50+ years. Milgard is our premium brand, while Amsco is our cost efficient option. 

We offer a large selection of window and door styles. We can create any slider, single hung, double hung, casement, picture, geometric shape, or awning window. We also offer fiberglass doors, sliding glass doors, fiberglass french doors, glass french doors, and sliding glass wall systems.

Milgard products come with a warranty covering parts, labor, and glass breakage. We also offer an additional warranty for labor that can be used with any product we offer. 

We generally charge half down to order, and the other half once the job is completed to your satisfaction. We also offer financing options if you would prefer to pay over a longer time period. 

We will generally have the windows within 4 weeks of ordering. 

If we are installing the windows, delivery is included in the installation price. If you are planning on installing yourselves there may be a delivery fee.
